Living Well and Longer: Prime Women Hosts Wellness Conference

living well

living wellLast week, Prime Women hosted our first event in the U.S., Living Well. As women of the ageless generation, we want to not only live longer, we want to live well. And living well means making sure we are considering our nutrition, wellness, fitness, and even cosmetic enhancements – if we choose. Then, we need to make certain our finances are in order, so we can do the things we’ve worked so hard to afford.

Approximately 140 women joined us at world-renowned Cooper Clinic to hear our panel of 5 consultants.

Debra is certified by the American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and has spoken to hundreds of audiences on fitness and life-enhancing topics for more than 30 years. The founder of Flippingfifty.com and the Flipping 50 Podcast shared with us the key to exercise for longevity and how to be a critical thinker about fitness trends and fads. “A prime woman has to be a critical thinker about fitness trends and fads: We aren’t just overwhelmed with the ‘infobesity’out there, we’re underwhelmed by the lack of research done on peri and post menopausal prime women that even applies to us.”

We appreciate the support of our sponsors for the event – Clinique Dallas, Merrill Lynch, and Park Place Motors.

We also want to thank the companies that provided items for the Living Well attendee gift bags – St. John, Mary Kay, Revitalash, Cooper Aerobics, Essential Formulas, the Mozzarella Company, Limelight, and Worth New York.
