It’ll satisfy your craving for something tasty without making you feel overly full. You can make it your own by serving it with a dipping sauce of your choice – anything from ranch to blue cheese to even a little sriracha to spice it up even more. Whatever you choose, you’ll find this dish to be a tasty one you’ll keep serving again and again.

As long as we’re cutting out calories in our appetizer, let’s throw in a recipe for a low-calorie cocktail to keep the party going. This drink is refreshing and always sure to please!

  • 2 oz of tequila
  • 2 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz of fresh lemon juice with pulp
  • Few drops of liquid Stevia to taste
  • Splash of triple sec or Grand Marnier

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, lime juice, lemon juice, and triple sec. Add Stevia (may need to experiment on how much to add). Shake. Pour, with the ice, into a highball or footed glass (salt rim first if you like). Garnish with a wedge of lime.
