Spring has arrived and thus, so have the parties and the need to get dolled up and ready to celebrate. I’ve already received several invitations for parties this spring and summer, have RSVPed, and am ready to catch up with old friends and celebrate some milestones. Well, I was. I attended a wedding a few weeks back and wore a dress that’s been my go-to for longer than it probably should. I felt good in it before I left and went with confidence throughout the night. It wasn’t until I was going through pictures a few days later that I realized the dress had seen better days, it was no longer flattering, and it was time for a change.
I need to get my wardrobe game back on track as I gear up for pending celebratory times, including weddings, baby showers, and holiday gatherings.
