5-Minute Barre Workout: Outer Thigh Fat Burner

All you need is a chair in this 5-minute barre workout for your outer thighs. Engage and strengthen your thighs and glutes for a stronger, more stable lower body. All you need is 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week. We’ll have a new barre workout every week with Karen so keep watching! Follow along every day or combine them all into a full-body session!
