Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower and all of the seasonings. Mix well to coat the cauliflower.
- Place the coated cauliflower on a cooking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning over at the halfway mark.
- Serve.
