Here are five tips for finding a virtual fitness trainer that will help you find the perfect workout.
1. Shop Around
One size does not fit all when it comes to training. You want someone who will tailor your workouts to your specific goals, needs, or limitations. Look for a trainer who customizes workouts rather than someone who takes a “cookie-cutter” approach. Not only will this help you get the results you want, but it can also help you avoid injury.
