Fashion Must-Haves for Your Festive Holiday Looks

They are finally here! The holidays and cooler weather, and not a moment too soon. So, let’s start thinking about fun holiday looks to pull together. My money this year is on velvet! Everything from shoes and clutches, a long, elegant velvet wrap dress in deep green for that swanky party, or a great little velvet dress in burgundy for your office party.

With so many fun opportunities to dress up over the next couple of months, you must have a Christmas red or green “IT” blouse. A go-with-everything staple of Christmas.

Another favorite this year is metallic. Pop on a cute bronze and red off center top and some leggings and boots for a casual look, or bring it back to velvet trousers and some strappy heels for a very polished look that will turn heads!

Entertaining at home? Keep it simple with a cozy sweater dress in winter white with some darling velvet ballet slippers or a cute sweater tunic with fur accents on the sleeve. Add leggings and bring back the velvet ballet slippers.

Speaking of fun fur, a must have to throw on over one of your festive holiday looks is a fur vest or a fur and shearling short coat. Let it snow, let it snow!!!

Here’s to a festive, fun and safe holiday and I’m wishing you a white Christmas so you can don your fun fur!
