Leslie Stein

Leslie Stein is a food and lifestyle coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She began her career as a physical therapist and later followed her lifelong devotion to evidence-based nutrition and mindful healthy living. She is passionate about guiding women as they transition to a whole food plant-based eating style that can pave the way toward building health and living a more vibrant life. She earned her certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies through eCornell. Using nutritional science as a foundation, she confidently shares with her clients the power of plants and its role in weight loss, prevention of many chronic lifestyle diseases, and disease reversal. Through phone consults and coaching calls she clears the confusion that often accompanies this way of eating to make the transition easy and painless. Her mission is to educate her clients about the benefits of a WFPB diet and to provide useful tips and strategies for navigating this high-nutrient and compassionate eating style.
