About Ali Mortimer

Ali Mortimer

I am an Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), working with and supporting clients to ascertain and then achieve their health goals. I work on the principle of nourishment from sources on and off the plate, where primary ‘food’ comes from solid relationships, being motivated in your work, having any form of spiritual practice, celebrating your body through physical activity and secondary ‘food’ through diet, nutrition and how we fuel our bodies. I have seen the benefits of making holistic health a priority first hand. As my Mother deteriorated with Alzheimer’s, I juggled a young family, a growing business, a busy social life and a marriage stretched to its limitations. And as my mother died and my marriage broke apart, so began my journey of personal healing and health through happiness. Through being a student at The Institute of Integrative nutrition, I have learnt the theory behind the techniques and the principles behind the practices I have made a habit in my life over the last 4 years. This gives me the credential and certification to safely and officially share my wealth of knowledge and experience with the world. Prior to my life as a Health Coach, I was a Management Consultant at Accenture before moving in-house to help change the way technology was developed in Asda-Walmart, coaching teams through empowerment and leadership.
